WordPress, Joomla!, or Soholaunch Content Management Systems
San Antonio’s Premier CMS Development Company
Websites can be developed in a large variety of coding languages and platforms. This can make it very difficult for a non-coder to update a site. A CMS or Content Management System is the best solution for web site owners who update their sites regularly. It can be quite expensive to call a designer every time you need a small change as most designers bill hourly. This is fine for many larger sized organizations, but for others a CMS, like WordPress or Joomla! is a blessing.
We recommend three different CMS platforms: WordPress, Joomla!, and Soholaunch
WordPress is by far the world’s most well know opensource blogging web application. Because of the extensive plug-in development and recent changes it is a very flexible content management platform. If a plug-in is not available for a particular functionality one can be developed for just about any application. Furthermore because WordPress is open source there is no initial cost for the platform itself. WordPress can be configured to be Search Engine Friendly.
Joomla is another open source platform we recommend. Joomla is very flexible and can be developed out utilizing extensions. It is also user friendly and a site owner can manage and change their own content. Joomla can also be configured to be SEO friendly and can be integrated with an Ecommerce system for product and service sales.
Soholaunch is the third system we have extensive experience utilizing. Soholaunch is a licensed CMS platform. Soholaunch is available with a leased license and a lifetime license. Soholaunch is traditionally a site builder, however as a CMS it is excellent and has many built in options for site development and content management.
We’ve developed sites on these platforms thoughout the San Antonio Area. A content managment system is an exceptional opportunity to make changes on the fly and take control of your site.
